What to do when filing a claim:

If you have been threatened with a law suit for negligence, or you have damaged property belonging to others at the event covered under EIC | APEX Facility User Program, we are here to help and are standing by to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Claims Checklist:

#1: Assess the injuries or damage. If an accident has occurred take steps to record names and phone numbers of witnesses and detail the events surrounding the accident.

#2 Report. In case of a fire, accident or theft, once the situation is under control, immediately contact us without delay. If your claim involved a crime, contact police and file a report. We will need the police report number.

#3: Settlement. Insurance is designed to protect your right to a proper defence. Don't let anyone coerce you into agreeing to pay for injuries or admit fault in the event of an accident.
